Rob has over 20 years of experience remodeling homes. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Systems from Towson University and is a DevOps and Software Engineer by trade. His passions are carpentry, woodworking, remodeling, learning, and writing code.
He manages a residential and commercial rental real estate portfolio. He enjoys woodworking, remodeling his own home, and time with his two boys, wife, dog, and flock of chickens.

Renee has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Baltimore. She has extensive experience in both operations and management, in addition to her years of experience as a carpenter and remodeler. Her creativity, eye for design, and excellent attention to detail allow projects to run smoothly.
Renee is passionate about remodeling her home, building, refinishing furniture pieces, and homeschooling her two kids. She enjoys creating just about anything and spending time with her kids, husband, and Shih Tzu.

Dale has a wide array of experience across many industries and trades. His mechanical abilities are an asset on and off the jobsite. He has a knack for devising unique and creative solutions that prove to be valuable when, inevitably, encountering road blocks on the job.
He's passionate about auto racing, wrenching, and caring for his family. He enjoys relaxing with his girlfriend and parents in his free time.
